Journeys Family Counseling is committed to your mental and physical health. Rest assured, we are taking all available precautions recommended by the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) to stop the spread of Covid-19.

Effective 5/11/2020 our office has re-opened.
We do not require face masks, however your are welcome to wear one and request your therapist wear one as well. Our lobby is open and we ask that you respect social distancing guidelines to ensure everyone's safety as we are still working through this crisis. If the lobby is full, you are welcome to remain in your vehicle and your therapist will call/text you when the room is available.
Our therapists are now offering an array of services including in office visits, socially distanced outdoor sessions at your home and telehealth sessions through video conferencing to both new and existing clients. Through telehealth, Oklahomans are able to receive mental health services via video sessions in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently utilizing TheraNest and Zoom for telehealth video sessions, which are both listed on the Oklahoma Board of Behavioral Health as appropriate and HIPAA compliant platforms.
Insurance companies vary on coverage however the vast majority of them have made adjustments on coverage for telehealth, including reduced and zero co-pays in some cases. Journeys is in-network with Soonercare (19 and under), BCBS, HealthChoice, Cigna, Aetna, Optum/UnitedHealth/United Behavioral Health, and Humana (Tricare), among others. If your insurance isn't listed, or you are unsure about your mental health benefits, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We are happy to answer any questions!
And as always, we accept private pay clients.
